NIA Centre has teamed up with ArtXchangeGR to bring you Black Rapids Art Exhibition & Online Auction, a visual exposé on the life of an artist of color creating in the River City. The stunning visuals hanging on the walls of this exhibit will depict artistic experiences that can only be told with a racially ethnic voice and through a racially ethnic lens. The work represents a sundry of truths, inventions, excellences, and mediocrities of artists fighting for creative space, creative inclusion, and creative equity in Grand Rapids.
